1. Orders and Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship all "magical" orders within 2 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping.

  • Petals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, earrings are [Final Sale/Eligible for return within 14 days].

  • To be eligible for a return, jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Product Accuracy & Safety

  • We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.

  • Safety Warning: Our jewelry contains small parts (beads/charms) which may pose a choking hazard. Products are intended for children ages 3 and up with adult supervision.
